You have several options to contact the vendor.
1. If you still have questions about the product before you start the payment process. You can ask the vendor directly at the product page. At the product page, you will see the "Ask A Question" button. Click on it, write your inquiry and submit. Your question will be sent directly to the vendor via email.
2. If you did already purchase the product, then you can contact the vendor directly from your account. To do so click the Orders link at the menu, you will see a list of your paid products. Now click on the support button and sent your question. The system will create a support ticket. You can follow your tickets at the "Support" page in your account.
If you paid your product as Guest, then you need to create an account. Click here to create your account. You won't be able to see your products yet. First, we need to associate your order with your account. That's why, please open a support ticket and let us know about your newly created account. Our team will update your account and inform you.
